GARFIELD, N.J. -- Patricia F. Longarzo, of Garfield, died on Jan. 9. She was 62.
Born in Hackensack, she lived in Lodi for 22 years and Garfield the past 40 years. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Garfield, and a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Anthony Longarzo and wife Indira and Kelly Longarzo; mother, Cira Shirley Scalera; grandchild, Sienna Rose Longarzo; and siblings, Glenn A. Scalera and wife Adrianne, and Anthony Scalera and wife Perla.
She is predeceased by her father, Anthony Scalera.
Visiting will be on Friday, 4 to 8 p.m. The funeral is Saturday, Jan. 14, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 8 a.m. followed by a 9 a.m. mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Entombment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook. In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations for the American Diabetes Association.
