LODI, N.J. -- Morris Mario Federico, a resident of Garfield, died Saturday, April 16. He was 89.
He was born in Lodi and resided there for 44 years before moving to Garfield 45 years ago. He was a World War II veteran and a past member of the Garfield VFW. He owned and operated Mario's Barber Shop in Garfield 40 years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Maria; and two grandsons, Vincent and Nicholas.
He was predeceased by his son, Vincent.
Visiting will be Monday, April 18, from 4-8 p.m. at the Aloia Funeral Home. The funeral is Tuesday, April 19, at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. service at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Lodi.Aloia Funeral Home is at 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield.
