Born in New York, she settled in Lodi 62 years ago. Before retiring, she worked as a seamstress for Duca Dress Shop in Lodi. She was a member of the Women of the Lodi Moose and V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary of Hasbrouck Heights.
She is survived by her children, former Mayor and Borough Manager, Bruce Masopust; siblings Thomas, John, Frank, Carmela and Bessie Inserra, Grace Dadia, Lena Balvin and Mary Raia.
She is predeceased by her husband, William F., son, Coach Bill Masopust and brother Ralph.
Visitation is Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Santangelo Funeral Home, 300 Main St., Lodi. Funeral mass is 9:30 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales R.C. Church, 125 Union St, Lodi. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be to William F. Masopust Sr. Memorial Scholarship Fund.
