Lodi Lanes' Good Brothers and Sisters Bowling Club for the third year in a row is collecting nonperishable goods for Eva's Village in Paterson.

"We have about 70 members all from different varieties of life," club member Gordon Pepper said. "One of our goals as an organization is to help support each other and communities."

The bowling club this year raised more than $1,500 for a member battling multiple sclerosis and fixed houses in the community struck by Hurricane Sandy.

The food drive was a "no-brainer" for the organization since its president — Robert Robinson — volunteers on his own for Eva's, Pepper said.

DROP OFF food through Nov. 26 at Lodi Lanes, 59 Terhune Ave.
