The final class included a round of physical exercise, a block of instruction and question and answer sessions about dealing with peer issues.

After class instruction ended, the students welcomed guest speaker "Joshu" Castro of Tiger Schulmann's Mixed Martial Arts Morris Plains.

Castro, along with his Tiger Shulmann students and assistant instructors, talked to the class about the pressures of growing up and making smart choices, paying attention, focusing on the positive and not giving up.

Castro also gave demonstrations on self-defense and ways to keep active and healthy.
