Vincent Russo got the highest number of votes in the election with 1,838 and was supposed to be sworn in at Wednesday's reorganization meeting, according to northjersey.com.

A vacancy is now listed on the Lodi Board of Education's website and anyone interested in applying must submit information by Friday, according to northjersey.com.
