Garfield municipal question

Shall the City of Garfield change the date of its municipal elections from the second Tuesday of May to the day of the general election, the Tuesday after the first Monday in November, commencing with the 2016 municipal election?

The candidates are:

Lodi Board of Education (Three open seats)

Joseph J. Licata

Michael J. Nardino

Philip F. Carbonetti

Dominic Miller (One year unexpired term)
