Port Authority Police Officer Leonel Gonzalez stopped the 2015 Mack dump truck on the upper level Monday morning after Rigoberto Cardenas, 39, of Morristown drove through an EZ Pass toll lane without paying, the authority's Joseph Pentangelo said.

A records check showed that the truck's EZ pass account was revoked and suspended -- along with 532 pass violations, he said.

After Cardenas was arrested, the vehicle owner -- Fadia L. Garcia, 46, of Rockaway, N.J. -- came to pick up the truck and was arrested herself.

Garcia, identified as the sole owner of the Torito Trucking Corp., was charged with theft of services and released pending a court hearing.

Cardenas, meanwhile, was charged with theft of services, toll evasion and failure to observe an "E-ZPass Only" sign.

The truck was impounded.
