LODI, N.J. -- Lodi police made a Valentine's Day Narcan save of a 43-year-old man who'd overdosed on heroin, authorities said Tuesday.
Officers Christopher Irizarry, Officer Ahmet Kulaskiz and Officer James Thompson found the victim laying in the bedroom of his Union Street home just before 4 p.m. Sunday, Lt. Robert Salerno said.
They administered two doses of Narcan, which brought him around, Salerno said.
Emergency medical personnel arrived and took him to an area hospital, he said.
