LODI, N.J. -- Detectives and patrol officers from Lodi snatched a Garfield man off the street last night after they said they caught him selling drugs.
Acting on a tip, members of the Narcotics Division and uniformed officers took Joseph Buttacavoli, 35, into custody around 5:30 p.m. on Charles Street, Lt. Robert Salerno told Daily Voice.
Buttacavoli, who records show has a criminal history, was charged with manufacturing and distributing drugs near a school, among other offenses.
He was being held on $10,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
