Steven Burno, 21, was being held on at $500,000 bail in the Hudson County Correctional Facility, charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and one each of robbery and weapons possession.

Burno and two other Jersey City men - Xavier Epps and Tymell White -- forced their way into the home, which was occupied by two women and a man, and held them at gunpoint while taking various items and cash just after midnight on Oct. 24, Grewal said.

All three also sexually assaulted one of the women before fleeing, he said.

Prosecutor's detectives teamed up with Garfield police and developed information on the getaway car, owned by Epps.

He led them to White, authorities said.

Warrants were issued for Burno.

Jersey City police arrested him on Thursday on Armstrong Avenue, Grewal said. He was carrying marijuana, the prosecutor said.
