The Journal Square-bound train from 33rd Street in Manhattan had pulled out of the Hoboken station around 10 p.m. when the trouble began, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said.

The crew stopped the train and shut off power to the area rails while checking whether anyone was on the tracks.

After 10 minutes, the trip resumed, Pentangelo said.

At that point, one of the three kicked the conductor’s door, he said.

Port Authority police boarded the train as it entered Journal Square and took the three into custody.

Francisco Lopez, 24, was charged with disorderly Conduct and interfering with transportation.

Shawn Santiago, 32, was charged with breach of the peace and interfering.

Ray Foreman, 28, was charged with having an open alcohol container.

They were given a Sept. 2 court date.
