GARFIELD, N.J. — Members of law enforcement and first responders from across New Jersey and Bergen County will be honored at the 200 Club of Bergen County’s annual awards dinner at The Venetian in Garfield.
The Oct. 5 dinner will honor members of the:
- New Jersey State Police
- Hackensack Police Department
- Haworth Police Department
- Palisades Interstate Police Department
- Mahwah Police Department
- Englewood Fire Department
- Paramus/Clifton Fire Department
The Club, founded by J. Fletcher Creamer, Sr. and retired NJSP Col. Clinton Pagano, will distribute valor, meritorious or distinguished service awards.
“The purpose of having Valor Awards is not only to thank and honor these men and women," said Club President Jack Terhune, "but to give members and guests the opportunity to hear the stories of how, without hesitation, they placed themselves in harm’s way, as well as giving years of service to their communities."
