GARFIELD, N.J. – Victor LaRosa, of Garfield, died Thursday, March 24. He was 88.
Before he retired, he worked for many years at Hoffman-LaRoche in Nutley. He was a Korean War U.S. Army veteran.
He was the brother of Laura Stanish of Elmwood Park, the late Pasquale, Samuel and Joseph Fanzone, Constance Sacco, Catherine and Mary Sodora and Josephine Ruscin; and uncle of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Maria.
Visitation will take place from 4-8 p.m. Monday at Santangelo Funeral Home, 300 N. Main St., Lodi. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Santangelo Funeral Home, then to Our Lady of Mt. Virgin Roman Catholic Church in Garfield for an 11 a.m. funeral Mass. Cremation is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or a favorite charity.
