GARFIELD, N.J. -- Florence “Sue” Chapman,, 73, of Garfield, died Oct. 6.
She was born Oct. 26, 1942.
She was the supervisor at MicroGraphics in Saddle Brook for 25 years, retiring in 2010. She was a parishioner of Mt. Virgin Church in Garfield.
She is survived by her son, Dennis Chapman; siblings, Joseph (Joyce) and Thomas (Karen) Wighard, Joan (Chuck) Deroche and Renee (Dennis) Prettyman; brother-in-law, Richard Protze; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Florence Wighard; and siblings, Margaret DeSiervo, Barbara Protze, twin brother Richard Wighard, Marilyn Hoffer, and Betsy Donohue.
Visiting will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday at Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home followed by an 11 a.m. chapel service. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Paterson.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
