GARFIELD, N.J. -- Edward Dunne, of Garfield, died June 16, 2016. He was 73.
Dunne was born in 1943 in Jersey City, to James and Elizabeth (Chadband) Dunne.
He proudly joined the U.S. Navy in June 1962 and was honorably discharged as a machinist's mate first class in June 1968.
Dunne was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and has been a longtime resident of Garfield.
He is survived by his brother James of Payson, Ariz. and many close friends.
Visiting is from 7-9 p.m. Thursday with a funeral service at 8 p.m. at Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave, Wallington. A private cremation will follow.
