LODI, N.J. – Dariel J. Ramirez, of Lodi, died Wednesday, March 2, at Hackensack University Medical Center. He was 5 years old.
He was a kindergarten student at Roosevelt Elementary School in Lodi. He was a parishioner of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church of Hackensack.
He is survived by his parents, Carmen Pena and Allen Ramirez; a sister, Tianna Ramirez; his paternal grandmother, Evelyn Ramirez, of Queens, New York; and his maternal grandfather, Gerardo Pena, of New York City.
Visiting will be on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Service, 397 Union Street, Hackensack.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. Francis Roman Catholic Church, 50 Lodi St., Hackensack, with burial following at Maple Grove Park Cemetery.
