LODI, N.J. — Annette M. (Costa) Schurman, 85, of Lodi, died Wednesday, Oct. 5.
She was born and raised in Garfield prior to settling in Lodi many years ago.
She was a parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church in Lodi. Prior to retiring, she was employed as an office manager for various establishments throughout her life.
She was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Schurman.
She is survived by her children, John Schurman and wife Julie, Janet Schurman, Diane Galiano and husband James and Doreen Urso and husband Nick; grandchildren, Kara, Chelsea, Christopher and Nicole; and great-grandchildren, Natalie, Brooklyn and Ryker who is due in January.
A funeral Mass is planned for 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Anne R.C. Church, 15-05 St. Anne St., Fair Lawn. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Saddle Brook. The family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home Inc., 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn.
