An informative packet will be sent out to help keep the community informed, Borough Manager Bruce Masopust said.

"The town over the many years has got a lot of people moving in and out and we're not sure that the poeple really know what services are offered," Masopust told Daily Voice.

The mailing will include information about recreation activities, the library, parking permits, garbage and recycling schedules, and more.

It will be four pages, the manager said.

Masopust said it was something he wanted to do since he became borough manager at the start of the year and back to his time as a councilman as well.

The packet will be available to newcomers who move in too. Masopust said Lodi has a lot of turnover, as 1,066 people moved in or out of the borough last year.

Much of the information can be found online but Masoput said it's helpful to have more options.
