The man -- identified as Justin Christodoro, 39 -- was later found passed out behind the wheel of his car in Lyndhurst, the article says.

He stepped out the vehicle and put on a pair of sweatpants, before officers found a plastic bag containing a crystal rock substance suspected to be MDMA or ecstasy on the floor of his car, according to the story.

Christodoro was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance charge in connection to the Lake Avenue incident, NorthJersey.com says.
