GARFIELD, N.J. – One lucky Garfield woman just won the lottery -- again.
Patricia Esposito won $1 million this month by playing the New Jersey Lottery.
“It was meant to be,” she said.
Just like it was meant to be back in 2002, when she won $20,000 playing a Bingo instant game.
She used the money from her first big win to take her children and grandchildren on a cruise.
“It was the best thing I ever did – and the best money I ever spent,” she said.
Esposito plays the lottery religiously. Each day, when she goes home from work for lunch, she watches the midday drawings on television.
She purchased her most recent winning ticket at Krauzer’s Food Store on Midland Avenue in Saddle Brook.
“There were four slots of the $150,000,000 game and I picked number 14, which is my daughter’s birthday,” she said.
Now that she is $1 million richer, she is thinking about celebrating in the same way she did when she won over a decade ago.
She is considering another cruise vacation.
