Fort Lee's Gymguyz Trainers Flex On Whole Foods Supermarkets

FORT LEE, N.J. — A Fort Lee-based fitness franchise is partnering with four Whole Foods supermarkets to help health-conscious Bergen County residents stay on track.

GYMGUYZ, an in-home personal training company, is holding a weight loss challenge at Ridgewood, Paramus, Closter and Edgewater Whole Foods locations. 

The company is bringing on nutritionist Allison Thibault to help "change lives the 'right way,'" Bergen County GYMGUYZ owner Josh Grinstead said.

"Not with diets or crash workout fads and gym memberships, but by integrating functional fitness into their lives — along with holistic nutrition."

The weight loss challenge will meet at the following locations:

Session 1, Sat., Jan. 21: Closter, 10 a.m.; Edgewater; 1 p.m.

Session 2, Sat., Jan. 28: Paramus, 10 a.m.; Ridgewood, 1 p.m.
