What Makes It Patty Perfect: The freshness. Marlies Drahouzal, who owns the restaurant with her brother, David, said the number one thing that differentiates their burgers is the fact that they get their freshly-ground meat from Swiss Pork Store, across the road. "They walk it across the street every day," she said.

And that's what they've been doing since 1961, when the Drahouzals' dad bought the place. Customers even note this freshness factor in a variety of online reviews.

Another point of difference: "We char-grill our burgers, made to order," added Drahouzal.
