Scones, Tea Celebrate End Of 'Downton Abbey' At Garfield Library

GARFIELD, N.J. -- The Garfield Friends of the Library will hold a “Farewell Downton Abbey Tea” on Sunday, April 17.

Scones, finger sandwiches, chocolate covered strawberries, and tea will be served. Dr. Claudia Brodhead will speak on “Why Vintage?” and will display examples of period costume and jewelry.

Tickets are $20 and are available at the library or can be purchased over the phone at 201-337-7189.

The tea will begin at 2 p.m.

The Garfield Public Library is located at 500 Midland Ave.
